Some people find that they prefer a private session to a larger group class and feel more comfortable in the intimate environment of a 1:1 session. Many do indeed benefit more from the undivided attention paid to their work and the programme of exercises specifically prescribed for their individual needs.

Private matwork sessions can be held at my home in Clapham Junction, Battersea (South West London) or in the comfort of your own home, providing you have a level floor space of about 2 metres by 2 1/2 metres and adequate ceiling height for standing.
 
I cover most areas of South West London, however I am now on maternity leave and although my group classes will continue to run as normal, I am not able to take on any new clients on a 1:1 basis until later in the year. I am very happy to recommend other local Body Control teachers in the meantime...
